Yes. A signed liability waiver, rental contract, and active insurance are required. If you don’t have insurance or need coverage in the U.S., you can purchase it from Insure My Rental Car for an additional fee. Insurance must be obtained before pick-up and must cover the full rental period.
Yes, we provide the vehicle with a full tank, and we ask that you return it the same way. Otherwise, a refueling fee will apply. See Current Fueling Rates for more information.
If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, we will refuel it at a rate of $5.00 per gallon plus a $10.00 service fee. You also have the option to prepay for a full tank of fuel for $85.00. All rates and fees are in U.S. dollars.
Roadside assistance is available for emergencies. If you have an issue, call our support line, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes! Our Jeeps can travel up to Mile 12 of Denali Park Road, which is the farthest point accessible to personal vehicles.
Yes, all our Jeeps are equipped for gravel roads, including the Denali Highway. However, off-roading (driving off established roads or trails) is strictly prohibited.
Our Jeeps can handle most Alaskan roads, but private property, off-road trails, deep river crossings, and certain remote backcountry areas are restricted for safety reasons.

Our pickup and drop-off location is in the Denali Canyon, next to the Tesoro gas station. We offer a free ride between our office and your lodging.
Free cancellations up to 30 days before your rental date. Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a fee.
If availability allows, you can extend your rental by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
